MacLeod and Colors
I came across this McLeod quote tonight, and thought it was so suited for these vibrant chairs (that I took too many pictures of!) Trying my hand at this for the first time – combining my art with another’s wisdom. Enjoy!
EDTA: I still need practice, as the quote is difficult to read. Here is it, if you’re not familiar with it already:

The photo is fantastic! Well done for capturing the ordinary and elevating it into art. I love the quote as well and it goes perfectly with the colorful picture. But perhaps it would have been better served if you hadn’t superimposed the quote over the picture but rather included it beneath. That way you would be doing justice to both the photo and the quote and they wouldn’t be fighting with one another.
Yes, I was/am still learning how to do overlays and such. That was my first attempt 🙂
Well, you’re ahead of me. I have no idea how to do overlays. But I stand by my statement about the picture itself – absolutely gorgeous. The color, composition and design are amazing. Who knew a photo of a bunch of chairs could be so cool?
I like this picture so much I sent a link via email to a few people I think will appreciate it. Any chance you can post a version of the picture without the quote? I’d love to download it to use for desktop wallpaper.
