The common Jerusalem Artichoke (edible roots, high in inulin), dons majesty in this black and white capture. Plant them, they are perennials, and sport gorgeous yellow flowers, akin to sunflowers! ~SE
Sunlight does so much for plant life, including set this one alight with a seeming inner fire. Caught with just the right light slant, I was lucky to capture this ordinary horsemint and see it transformed. Beauty, it does a body good! ~SE
